Our Services

Therapy

Intentionally relational, integrative therapy grounded in evidence-based practice. Together, we explore patterns, relationships, identity, beliefs, boundaries, and lived experiences while creating practical and meaningful change.

  • My work is talk-forward and individualized. Evidence-based approaches are used as tools based on each client’s needs, goals, identity, and lived experience rather than forcing clients into a particular technique.

  • Evidence based approaches most commonly used but not limited to are- CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, EFT, IFS
